Viewing Notes

Made for TV and I watched because I like Mean Girls quite a bit and I think Meaghan Martin was adorable in the 10 Things I Hate About You TV show. However, while this followed a similar plot to the original it lacked all the clever humor that made Mean Girls such a standout.

Instead we got a movie of the week standard that delivered nothing new, a totally predictable plot and arc for the characters and a distinct lack of laughs. I did get a few chuckles from some physical humor, but I cannot resist a good prat fall.

So, despite being unsurprisingly mediocre it wasn’t the worst way I’ve spent 2 hours, with commercials. I’ve seen worse, but it’s nothing I’ll likely remember later when asked about it.
