Overview

After Kick-Ass’ insane bravery inspires a new wave of self-made masked crusaders, he joins a patrol led by the Colonel Stars and Stripes. When these amateur superheroes are hunted down by Red Mist — reborn as The Mother Fucker — only the blade-wielding Hit-Girl can prevent their annihilation.

Viewing Notes

Not as bad as some critics would have me believe, but not nearly as good as the first either. Hit girl doesn’t work as well as a post-pubescent teen but her story as a whole was interesting.

I liked Jim Carrey’s character as well and I’m really not sure why he was so upset with the final movie given his character takes a pretty well defined stance against guns in the film.
