Overview

With the world now aware of his dual life as the armored superhero Iron Man, billionaire inventor Tony Stark faces pressure from the government, the press and the public to share his technology with the military. Better than I remembered. I completely forgot this is the movie that introduces us to the Black Widow. Also, there’s some great, blink-and-you’ll-miss-it, witty dialogue in this! In fact the scenes between Stark and Potts are pretty sharp and remind me of BRINGING UP BABY.

Also funny how quick the after credits scenes are. Just 10-15 seconds of something and that’s it. As I recall, they get more extensive in later movies.

And the irony of rich, white assholes like Larry Ellison and Elon Musk having cameos in this film doesn’t get old.
