Overview
During Christmas break, the women at Hawthorne College start being preyed upon by an unknown stalker. Riley, a girl dealing with her own trauma, decides to take matters into her own hands before her and her friends are murdered too.

Viewing Notes
Disheartened to see the theater mostly empty, heartened to see most of the people there were teenage girls! In fact I was only one of two men there. While I wasn’t crazy about the movie I liked it. I think Tonia liked it even more, which stands to reason as I’m not really the target audience.
I did think the writing in this was pretty smart and well done. It felt like it tried to do too much but that’s OK too.
Pretty disgusted with all the people trashing this movie without even having seen it. If you don’t want to see it, fine, not a problem, but to talk shit about it sight unseen is bullshit.
In fact, I left the Joe Bob Briggs Facebook group after reading a number of posts from other members about the movie. While there are plenty of genuinely nice movie fans in that group, the stupid hillbilly fucks ruined it for me.

Ugh I don’t even want to imagine what those chuds were writing on FB after all that I’ve seen on Twitter. At least it’s given me a whole lot more dipshits to block.
Was nearly an empty theater for my afternoon screening but one woman walked out after about an hour, which was strange.
