Viewing Notes

HOLY SHIT is this movie fucking amazing! 11/10 just for the stunt choreography alone. How has this and its sequel not been released by Eureka or 88 Films?!

Even though Carrie Ng and Kara Wai are top billed this is really 90% Pan Pan Yeung as the police madam Ida who just does outstanding stunt work throughout the film. And just when you think it can’t get any better comes the final scene featuring Yeung chasing Kenneth Tsang on foot as he tries to escape via a convertible Volkswagon Cabriolet. I’d seen a clip of this scene online last year but put into context of the rest of the movie it’s even better and crazier.
