Viewing Notes

Such a bizarre concept for a movie that totally works, especially within the context of early ‘80s Japanese cinema. The visuals in this are great, starting with the opening scene of the Christian massacre. Very much a horror film. And hey, another Kinji Fukasaku movie knocked off.
