Overview
A Satanist cult leader is burnt alive by the local church. He vows to come back to hunt down and enslave every descendant of his congregation, by the power of the book of blood contracts, in which they sold their souls to the devil.

Viewing Notes
The first time I saw a part of this movie was in a church at an abandoned old west town where the Fantastic Fest end party was being held, which is probably the most appropriate place to watch this! I still love the melting people effects, they’re so great. And what a weird, eclectic cast including Ida Lupino! Apparently this was funded by the mob.
