Overview

When his attempt to save his family inadvertently alters the future, Barry Allen becomes trapped in a reality in which General Zod has returned and there are no Super Heroes to turn to. In order to save the world that he is in and return to the future that he knows, Barry’s only hope is to race for his life. But will making the ultimate sacrifice be enough to reset the universe?

Viewing Notes

We went to the 3:45pm matinee and it was maybe half full. We ran into Jay who went to the same screening (of course we did, I’m only surprised it doesn’t happen more often!). While it has its entertaining moments, this is pretty forgettable. DC just doesn’t know what they’re doing with their “universe” and it shows. The couldn’t even trust a movie about the Flash without adding in versions of Superman and Batman. Then again, Keaton’s Batman was one of the more enjoyable aspects so maybe they weren’t wrong.
