Has a much better premise than execution. Some truly terrifying scenes early on with the initial radioactive roach attack (I question whether that cat was not harmed) . But then it gets all science-y with a big lull until the finale. Was hoping for more thrills but nope.

Wow, never even heard of this film! May have to track it down and watch even if it’s mediocre.

It’s not the worst thing, of course, but very much of its time during that decade of disaster / killer bug flicks. Got it from Netflix if you want to check it out.

Mutant fire-starting cockroaches is just too interesting of a premise to pass up, even if it fails to deliver!
