Viewing Notes

First film viewed on Fandor, albeit a silent short film, to test the connection through my Roku. This is almost like proto-giallo. It’s not but being experimental it does a lot of things that are common in that sub-genre. Recalls the short film work of Helene Cattet and Bruno Forzani. Crazy this was produced in 1943 as it does not feel as so.
