Reluctant 6/10 for some nice visual treatments and promise of a better movie in there somewhere. Yes, this movie has plenty of problems the biggest being a solid cohesive storyline that makes sense in the logic of this universe. So many bizarre choices that distract from highlighting the good that this movie does have. All that said this movie isn’t nearly as bad as critics have stated. It’s certainly watchable and I’d venture out to see it again on the big screen. I know Ayer is owning this cut but given his previous work I feel there must be a better cut out there or at least a few scenes that help explain things better.
