Viewing Notes

It’s like Chang Cheh watched several Japanese New Wave specifically Seijun Suzuki when he came up with this idea. Lots of similarities in tone, look and style. Not a bad thing but clearly imitating something better. Still entertaining for the characters and double crosses. Lo Lieh is terrific as is Lily-ho Li Li.
