Viewing Notes

Best Wolverine movie. Best X-men movie. Best non-X-men X-men movie. All in all it just feels like a different movie despite needing most of the previous films to set the table. I love Dafne Keen sooooo much. Hope she goes on to have a nice and productive career but if this is all she does, that’s still a helluva accomplishment. Jackman/Stewart are typically great but it’s Keen that glues this film together and gives it weight. Her “intro” might be favorite sequence in any film over the last year.
