Viewing Notes
Mildly okay. Of course there cannot be a Jim Wynorski flick without nudity… even if it’s a Edgar Allan Poe adaptation! There is an interview with Corman where he talks about that and that this movie isn’t like his Poe flicks from the 60s. But it’s modern times so he just had to accept that Wynorski was gonna include nudity. Read between his words and you can tell they probably had a row over it and Wynorski probably threatened to can the whole project if he didn’t get way. Corman seems to strain himself to say anything remotely positive about this movie.
This is Nicole Eggert *before* her Blown Away flick; like that flick has a few nude scenes here which are either not her or she refused to have her face be seen in the shots.
