Viewing Notes

This is a weird flick. Perhaps b/c the premise as stated really doesn’t kick in until an hour into the flick. The first hour is mostly about the son (Brendon Boone) of the scientist (Ray Milland) getting chased by the “organization” until he’s kidnapped and the two mercenaries have to rescue him. I love France Nuyen as the femme fatale.

Out of the gate I thought this was gonna be really cool then Cameron Mitchell appears and I’m like “fuck yeah” but then it just drags w/the “organization” and Boone’s general confusion as the son. Wish we got to see more of the mercs doing badass shit instead of having to wait until the very end. At least the transfer on Prime looks decent.
