Viewing Notes

Apparently the first movie appearance of Charlie Chan. Was an B-side extra on Charlie Chan at Monte Carlo. Thought this was gonna be a silent film but rather an early talkie with almost no musical score. Thought this was a murder mystery but it’s more drama/romance. At least it features Boris Karloff in a bit part.
