Viewing Notes

Found another unseen Terence Fisher! Sadly it’s not v good. Reminded me a lot of the creeping flesh flick, Island of Terror (1966) with the weird alien creatures, also directed by Fisher. When the credits started and saw both Christopher Lee *and* Peter Cushing I got real excited. Lee is fun as the asshole scientist and Cushing was probably around the set so he just sat in for a couple of scenes. Neither do much to propel the film but they at least make it more watchable.

The premise is fine but feels like it was all budget restricted.
