Overview

Ripley, the sole survivor of the Nostromo’s deadly encounter with the monstrous Alien, returns to Earth after drifting through space in hypersleep for 57 years. Although her story is initially met with skepticism, she agrees to accompany a team of Colonial Marines back to LV-426.

Watched the 1990 extended version (aka the director’s cut) which is longer by about 20ish minutes and honestly better for it in every way. I’ve watched this maybe once before but the inclusions were very noticeable to me this time around.

Gavin wanted to watch this before seeing AVATAR: THE WAY OF WATER tomorrow.
