Viewing Notes

A really fun, unusual mix of martial arts and all-out Vietnam war film.  The plot is essentially THE DIRTY DOZEN and there’s a blatant reference to THE DEER HUNTER as well.  The new Criterion release, in widescreen, looks great.  Sammo Hung is one of my favorites.
