I love these kinds of films. A fast paced, tightly edited thriller that keeps the suspense all the way through. It almost has a documentary feel to it.
I think we all know the events that occurred and the tragic ending, but there are still some surprises, mostly involving the smaller details. What also makes it fascinating is the technology used at the time. I didn’t know that there was one satellite that was shared by ABC and CBS and they had to negotiate the times that each network could use it!
