Viewing Notes

This is such a fun movie: H.G. Wells time traveling to the future to chase after Jack the Ripper. It’s suspenseful, but also funny as we watch Wells both awed and confused by modern day technology.

Malcolm McDowell and Mary Steenburgen are both charming, and David Warner is also a great villain.

Also especially dear to my heart seeing the beloved San Francisco of the 1970’s that I grew up in.
