Viewing Notes

An excellent French version of The TALENTED MR. RIPLEY. The movie follows Patricia Highsmith’s story closely, except for a twist at the end. Alain Delon is very good, although he looks a little too pretty for Tom Ripley. The sun-drenched Mediterranean makes for a beautiful backdrop to the suspense.
