TCM had this listed at SAMURAI FORCE, which I’d never heard of. I didn’t realize it was RED SUN until the opening titles.

If not for the big stars, this would probably be an average movie. However, the unlikely pairing of Bronson and Mifune make it fairly entertaining, and they play off each other nicely.

An unusual international production: a western shot in Spain with American, Japanese, French, and Swiss stars, with a British director.
