This popped up on my Hulu home screen and looked like it might be fun. It wasn’t.
The story is pretty absurd and the CGI is second rate. The acting is average, but then again, it might be because the actors don’t have much to work with.
It’s supposed to take place in the Louisiana bayou, but IMDb says it was filmed in the Philippines, and it looks like it. Also, the sound was a little weird to me: it doesn’t look like it’s dubbed, but it kind of sounds like it.
