I can’t believe I’ve never seen this before; if not in a theatre, at least rented on DVD.
It’s a pretty ridiculous plot. Hard to believe it’s the same screenwriter from THE FUGITIVE. Still, it was a very entertaining watch.
It’s an action thriller, but Charlie Sheen acts like he’s doing HOT SHOTS! PART TROIS. The 1990’s-era process shots look very bad and dated. However, the climax involving two planes and a Cadillac is pretty spectacular.
