Viewing Notes
Paul Thomas Anderson was the guest programmer on TCM and this was one the films he picked (THE FRENCH CONNECTION was another). He says he watches this at least two times a year!
I’ve watched this film dozens of times and it never gets old. Almost a perfect road movie. Every role seems perfectly cast (including the non-actors) and the jokes still make me laugh.
