Since it’s the second film in a trilogy (part 3 coming), I guess you can expect that there’s no setup or resolution. That being said, it’s no EMPIRE STRIKES BACK.
The entire film is essentially one set piece after another of the girl being chased and terrorized by three masked psychos, and it gets pretty repetitive. I’m not sure why this story needs to be spread out over a five-hour-long trilogy. Maybe Part 3 will surprise us?
