A slow moving film. A lot of long, static shots. Perhaps appropriate for this story: the quiet undercurrent of terror in Stalin’s fascist takeover of government.
Shot in a 4:3 aspect ratio that enhances the claustrophobic feel.
The ending is unfortunately a bit predictable.
