Viewing Notes

A colorful, MGM-type musical, but done in a way that only Godard could do it. Funny, playful, self-referential (at one point, Jean-Paul Belmondo mentions that “BREATHLESS is on tv tonight”).

Anna Karina is lovely. Jeanne Moreau has a brief cameo (Belmondo asks her how JULES AND JIM is going!).
