The ‘90s-est of ‘90s SOV kung-fu/aerobics mashups features plenty of karobics and completely not-accurate urban gang activity. There are high kicks galore, stirring never-again-mentioned rape confessions and some truly entertaining karate training/sparring sequences. But then there are too many of them and the steam runs out. A revenge film at its most timid!
