Incredible fashion is the highlight of this silly ‘60s Italian superhero film that mostly plods around without a whole lot of focus in between “set pieces”. The hero’s power seems to reside in his semen as he loses all power for six hours after blowing a load. An interesting choice that’s not truly capitalized on. If only it had been made in the ‘70s…
