Viewing Notes

Justin Lin puts the exclamation point at the end of his run on the franchise. Everything comes together in ways that reward series enthusiasts, the pacing is quicker than ever and the action scenes finally make their transition to full-on disregard for physics or human ability. It all works to make for yet another amazing summer film and one wonders how much bigger these fast car series can possibly get. There is a stinger at the end that leaves one aching for more (even if some of us really hate the incoming director and new star).
