Overview
Agent John Keller goes undercover into the tough prison known as Fuego Penal to find out about the corpses of prisoners disappearing without a trace. There he gets involved in a dangerous tournament arranged by a man named Justin Caesar, where the prisoners are forced fight to death.

BLOODSPORT 4 is the kind of movie where a character gets too close to the camera, breathes on it and it fogs up. And for some reason it’s on purpose. It’s an out-of-its-friggin-mind insane prison movie with some Kumite sprinkled on to link it to the other movies. Daniel Bernhardt is back but doesn’t play Alex Cardo from parts II and III. Yep.
