A pretty cool, if a little squirrely, concept (a Vietnam Vet takes over Central Park for 72 hours to raise awareness of veterans) keeps things fun though the made-for-cable roots prevent the action from going full tilt. A pair of excellent performances from Tommy Lee Jones and Yaphet Kotto make things go down smoothly.
