Horror Movie Night!
I’m not sure I can really say what this movie was about… There are some creatures in the first part. And punks worshiping some dork in a skull helmet. And then the beasties disappear for most of the movie while the dork captures this man-faced firecraker of a woman and the mega-dork college boy who seems to know what’s going on. I dunno. The thing is, there’s a 5 minute long scene of exposition that clears NOTHING up. Oh and then it just ends.
The beastie designs were pretty good and I liked their scenes and some of the punk stuff was silly but otherwise, it’s easy to see why the director went on to nothing else. Not any hint of talent here.
