Jaunty adventure about a reluctant government agent spins pleasant twists on the spy game. Rod Taylor is an amiable hero, Trevor Howard a gruff boss, and Jack Cardiff a delight in the director’s chair.
Also noteworthy: credit sequences by Richard Williams Studio, and a title song sung by Shirley Bassey with great gusto.
