Fab! James Cagney, Ann Sheridan, boxing, dancing, a love letter to New York City. Great supporting cast: Frank McHugh, young Anthony Quinn, Arthur Kennedy, Elia Kazan as a gangster, Frank Craven as a wandering poet/bum, even an uncredited Ward Bond as a beat cop.
