Viewing Notes
Just arrived back in CO from Oahu. Continuing with the Hawaii movie theme. Lovely Hawaiian music and historical images featured in the film. I did see this movie when it came out, but did not particularly remember it. I do seem to remember a non-Polynesian person cast as a Hawaiian character. The dialogue seemed to force Emma Stone into the character and fell really flat. It is a pretty film to watch. Bill Murray seems to play a character a lot like the ones he does for Wes Anderson.
