Viewing Notes
Basement Jack is nothing more than an average slasher film, mixed with a little bit of Shocker (only through a connection to electricity) and has Lynn Lowry (The Crazies,Shivers,Cat People) and new school scream queen Tiffany Shepis in a guest role.
Nothing special but an okay watch with a great scene of the killer laying waste to a police station and a good fight between the main chick, Michele Morrow and Basement Jack.
