Overview
An elderly heiress is killed by her husband who wants control of her fortunes. What ensues is an all-out murder spree as relatives and friends attempt to reduce the inheritance playing field, complicated by some teenagers who decide to camp out in a dilapidated building on the estate.

Viewing Notes
Also known as Bay of Blood, this Bava horror flick has been cited as the basis for a lot of later slashers and you can see why. It has a LOT of deaths. In fact, Bava seems to be out to kill every mother fucker in sight in this movie.
The plot is mostly meaningless, somethign about trying to gain a house or inheritance but really the movie is about the kills. I even recognize a few of them as being used in later flicks like Friday the 13th (the spear kill).
I really liked this movie, and despite the usual Italian lack of plot, it works.
