Post BTSNAT myself and Jay went to watch movies with Brian K. Since we’re all huge fans of Step Up 3D we decided to watch SreetDance 3D, the UK equivilant to the Step Up series.
The story was slightly better than the Step Up series, where the head of a street dance crew works with a ballerina teacher and has to incorporate and work with her ballet students to compete in the UK street dance finals.
While the story is better, the movie suffers from not having nearly as strong of dance scenes. Shame too, because the music is even better than Step Up 3D.
Doesn’t stop Step Up 3D for me, but was a fun watch and for anyone who’s a fan of those dance films, it’s a must see.
