Viewing Notes

Note that I use a 4-point scale.

That is how you conclude a trilogy, even rare documentary trilogies like Paradise Lost. Not only does this film deliver the information that fans of these films have been waiting for since the first one, but it doesn’t completely jump the shark like the second film does. Paradise Lost 3 takes everything that the first two films get right, creating one of the best true crime documentaries I’ve seen in a while. This trilogy is must-see for anyone interested in crime and the American law system, but do yourself a favor and watch this entire trilogy from the beginning. It’s amazing to see the impact that these two filmmakers have on these people’s lives, and is simply incredibly important.
