Perfect opportunity presented itself to showcase the original unedited cuts of “Star Wars” (1977), “The Empire Strikes Back” (1980), and “Return of the Jedi” (1984) with my children. We watched transfers taken from original Laser Disc releases that were later up-scaled to a 720p HD resolution.
