While the first 30 DAYS OF NIGHT wasn’t that great, it at least boasted some of the coolest vampires I’ve seen on screen. Their animalistic an threatening nature really sold that flick for me.
DARK DAYS has none of that. It’s a kind of retreat of ALIENS in a “get a team and kill ‘em all” sense. Really generic story with some decent acting.
My main beef is with the vampires. If they would have worked, I would have forgiven a lot. Here, they aren’t threatening at all and reminded me of the lame vampires in BLADE TRINITY.
