Previously only available on VHS, and currently not available on DVD, Michael Mann’s first film is available on Netflix Watch Instant! If you have Netflix, you have nothing to lose here.
The Keep involves Nazis being hunted down and killed by a Demon in a Romanian Castle during WWII. In order to research what’s going on they bring in a Jewish historian (Ian McKellen!!!) to help. If that tidbit of information doesn’t intrique you, then I guess this is not your movie. But I think it’s a pretty damn awesome film, and one I’d love to own on Blu Ray!
