Overview
Japan is thrown into a panic after several ships are sunk near Odo Island. An expedition to the island led by Dr. Kyohei Yamane soon discover something far more devastating than imagined in the form of a 50 meter tall monster whom the natives call Gojira. Now the monster begins a rampage that threatens to destroy not only Japan, but the rest of the world as well.

Viewing Notes
The day I introduced my kids to Godzilla was the day I created 2 little monsters. They are now 100% Godzilla fans thanks to the original Gojira, which they watched in the original Japanese language and would jump around with excitement whenever Godzilla would appear.
I love this movie, it’s still the strongest Godzilla flick plot-wise and looks stunningly great in HD.
