Viewing Notes
Joel Schumacher is hit or miss for me. A part of me still hates him for Batman & Robin. However, he has as many good films as shit films, so I always give his movies a shot. Blood Creek interested me because it dealt with some sort of undead Nazi and I’m a Michael Fassbender fan. As a whole, I enjoyed the flick. I mean, it features a zombie horse ON FIRE. (That should be a band name. Dibs on Zombie Horse On Fire for my next band.)
Michael Fassbender is great and menacing as Richard Wirth and the story is pretty original. However, I found a good chunk of the film to be tedious. Some of the mayhem that ensues rewarded my patience, though.
