Matthew McConaughey is one of those actors, like Woody Harrelson, that I have a man crush on and will watch anything he’s in, no matter how bad it is; he’s just a damn likeable actor and I can’t wait for his HBO show with Harrelson. So, when I saw the dark trailer for KILLER JOE, I was ecastatic because it looked like Harrelson was finally getting back to good roles. And boy was it.
I love KILLER JOE, no two ways about it, even if Dallas does look like a two-horse town sitting at a crossroads. It’s dark and twisted and kinda funny and it sits with you for a long time. I love it, and I’ll never look at fried chicken legs the same way again.
