When it comes to Santa-slashers, I prefer SANTA’S SLAY to SINT. It’s more campy, but it also has better kills and more holiday vengeance. But, what SINT does very well is expose non-populist mythology on old Kringle Bells, much like RARE EXPORTS, although that one still does it better.
SINT’s crucial flaw is that it just needs a bit more of everything to make it a better slasher: more jokes, more action, and more kills. If you’re trying to go over the top with an over the top mythological figure, then just add some mental meth and go for it.
