Viewing Notes
I’ve never been a huge fan of Supes and I’ve never loved any of the Supes animated movies. But, this one really blew me away, just like BATMAN: UNDER THE RED HOOD did. I was surprised at how adult it was, from the themes to logic to innuendoes. It’s the best DC has done by Supes in a long time.
It was also great to see George Newbern and David Kaufman back as Supes and Jimmy from the Supes and Justice League TV shows; like Kevin Conroy they should’ve been in place in every movie so far.
